Boris graduated in 1953 with honors IISS them. Kuybysheva. After graduation participated in the construction of Stalin's skyscrapers in Moscow. Then worked at research Institute "200 Montazhspetsstroy" and was in graduate school. After defending his doctoral dissertation at the Military engineering Academy named after Kuibyshev was sent to the Republic of Cuba Deputy economic Advisor of the Embassy of the USSR.

The second higher education Boris received at the Academy of foreign trade (now VAVT, Moscow) at the faculty of foreign economic relations majoring in "international Economics with knowledge of a foreign language." Worked at UNDP in new York. He was the Chief expert on Latin America at the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers. Counsellor for economic Affairs at the Embassy of the USSR in Colombia and Grenada. He is currently the General Director of company OOO "ABN-Tech" (Moscow).
